About Us.

Additionally, Belion Partners can help with property search services, consultancy and business services, property purchase assistance and property management service.

Who we are.

Our in-house experts include a team of multidisciplinary researchers who specialise in investment and residency in Portugal. We believe that focusing on one country’s investment prospects is the best way to offer our clients the most comprehensive and effective information. At Belion Partners, we are confident we can help you obtain the visa that fits your circumstances best.

In Portugal, it is required that all legal services, including property paperwork, must be completed by lawyers and law firms regulated by the Portuguese Law Bar Association. This means that to reside or invest in Portugal, you should have legal representation.

Belion Partners have access to some of the best legal advisors in Portugal and will connect you with accredited lawyers to find your perfect Portugal residency and complete any property investments. Our experts offer a specialist service with in-depth industry knowledge of Portugal residency and investment. Our unique service is highly confidential, with the most sophisticated data protection.

As an independent service, there are no hidden costs, middlemen or hidden agendas at Belion Partners. We also offer impartial and unbiased advice tailored for you. Our only aim is to help clients invest in suitable Portuguese industries with minimal fuss.

Our Mission.

Established in 2013, Belion Partners is the research arm of the Belion Network, and our mission is to research and understand conditions and opportunities in Portugal, pertaining to Portuguese property investments and/or residency.

We seek to assist individuals, families, businesses and institutions in developing a deeper, more precise understanding of investment and residency in Portugal, including Portuguese property investments, achieved through fact-based analysis and insights that can inform management and policy decision-making. Belion Partners also collaborates with industry-specific professionals and academics, in order to produce data.

Privately funded by members of the Belion Network, our work is not commissioned by any business, government or institution, meaning Belion Partners’ research is completely independent and free from agenda and bias.

We are a combination of in-house expertise and outside high-calibre professional contributors in key areas, allowing us to form outstanding multidisciplinary research teams capable of analysing complex situations in a highly effective way. Our teams include professionals from Belion member firms, as well as independent professionals and academics, who focus on issues in connection with investment and residency in Portugal, our initially selected country. That is our sole focus and we believe that as a result the quality of our insights is second to none.

Belion Partners is an accredited member of the Investment Migration Council (IMC) - a global association for investor immigration and citizenship-by-investment, setting international standards on investment migration. IMC membership is only awarded to practitioners with proven expertise and experience in investor migration and those with clean professional and personal records.

About Portugal Professional Services

For regulatory reasons, in Portugal, legal services may only be rendered by law firms or sole practitioners regulated by the Portuguese Law Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados), and there may be no multidisciplinary practices. Besides being prevented from rendering services "in association or integration" with non-lawyers, a law practice must comply with severe restrictions in regard to marketing, advertising and client origination. As such, Belion refers prospective clients for legal services to authorised law practices, without, however, advertising such law practices.
